Food Analytical Technologies B.V. or FAT was founded on March 1, 2019.

This privately held state of the art laboratory aims to provide both analytical and technical services to the food, feed and beverage industry. FAT aims to serve clients in understanding and improving their processes by providing quality control, nutritional information, safety studies and consultancy.
Located in Maastricht (NL) FAT now has a fully operational chemical and physical laboratory and aims to open a microbiological safety laboratory in September 2019.
